These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prepylon.ai (the "Service"), operated by AI School of India ("Prepylon," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Prepylon provides an AI-assisted platform for interview and career preparation, including coding practice with automated grading and hints, AI voice interview practice, resume analysis, progress tracking, and, for enrolled batches, live classes, recordings, and study materials.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Prepylon is intended for users aged 12 and above. Anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor under Indian law, and enrollment as part of a school, coaching institute, or academy batch must be arranged with the verifiable consent of a parent, legal guardian, or the enrolling institution.

3. Acceptable use

When using Prepylon, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or abuse the code grading system, rate limits, or AI features (for example, deliberately crashing the grading sandbox to gain extra attempts)
• Share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account
• Copy, redistribute, or resell problems, materials, or recordings without permission
• Use the Service to submit or generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Disrupt live classes or engage in disruptive or abusive conduct toward trainers or other students
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's underlying systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Academy batches and live classes

If you enroll in a batch (such as AI School of India), you agree to:

• Attend and participate in live sessions in accordance with the schedule provided
• Access recordings and materials only for your own personal learning, not for redistribution
• Follow any additional batch-specific guidelines communicated by your trainer

Batch schedules, session availability, and recording retention periods may be adjusted by Prepylon or the enrolling institution as needed. [If applicable: refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for paid batches should be added here.]

5. AI-generated content

Code grading results, hints, feedback, and resume analysis are generated using AI models and automated systems. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated feedback may occasionally be incomplete, imperfect, or incorrect. You should use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated feedback.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Prepylon is designed to help you prepare for technical interviews and improve your skills. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job offers, interview success, or placement, regardless of how our marketing describes the Service's benefits.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its problems, content, design, and underlying software, is owned by Prepylon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the code you write and submit, but grant us a license to store, process, and use it as necessary to provide grading, feedback, and related features.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including for AI processing, code execution, database hosting, and live video/recording hosting). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we will work to minimize their impact on your experience.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for other reasonable business or security reasons.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepylon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
